Privacy policy

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data needed to run the site:

• Project inquiries: your name, work email, company, country, phone number (optional) and the details of your project.
• Job applications: your name, email, the role you are applying for, a portfolio or profile link, your CV and anything you tell us about yourself.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

• To reply to your inquiry, prepare proposals and deliver the work you ask us for.
• To assess job applications and contact candidates.
• To send the newsletter you subscribed to. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the website secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the reason you gave it to us.

Your information is shared only within Turnaround and with service providers that help us run our business — for example email, hosting, scheduling and newsletter tools. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We work from India and the United States, so your information may be stored or processed in either country. Wherever it is held, we protect it in line with this policy and applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• Inquiries and client correspondence: for as long as needed for the relationship and our legal and accounting obligations.
• Job applications: up to 12 months, so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for it to work, including one that remembers your choice in the privacy notice. Analytics or marketing tools, if we add them, will load only if you accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which shows the notice again.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given — for example to the newsletter. Email info@turnaroundcommerce.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. No online service is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information such as passwords through our forms.
