SHOPIFY PLUS AGENCY FOR UK BRANDSShopify Plus Agency UK

We help UK retailers and wholesalers move to Shopify and Shopify Plus and grow on it: replatforming from Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or a custom build, B2B, checkout customisation and the UK payments, VAT and delivery set-up your customers expect. Our team works across the whole UK business day.

(Built for UK commerce)

Shopify, set up for how the UK buys.

The platform is the same everywhere. What makes a UK store convert is getting the local details right: payments, VAT, delivery and returns.

  • 01

    Payments UK shoppers use

Shopify Payments in GBP, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and pay-in-instalments options such as Shop Pay Instalments, Klarna and Clearpay.

  • 02

    VAT handled properly

VAT-inclusive prices, the right rates per product, and tax settings checked with your accountant before launch.

  • 03

    Delivery and returns

Evri labels in Shopify Shipping, Royal Mail and DPD through their apps, plus click-and-collect and a clear returns flow.

  • 04

Selling to the EU and beyond

Shopify Markets or Plus expansion stores for the EU, Ireland and the US, with local currency, pricing and duties.

(Search rankings)

Replatforming without losing your Google rankings

Most UK Plus projects start with a replatform, often from Magento, and that is where search traffic is won or lost. We treat SEO as part of the build, not a launch-week task.

Every indexed URL is mapped and redirected, metadata and structured data are carried over, and rankings on google.co.uk are tracked daily after launch.

  • Crawl of every live URL, including products, collections, blog posts, filtered pages and PDFs
  • One-to-one 301 redirect for every URL that has traffic or backlinks
  • Page titles, meta descriptions, alt text and headings carried over
  • Structured data (Product, Breadcrumb, Article) rebuilt on the new theme
  • XML sitemap submitted in Google Search Console on launch day
  • Rankings, 404s and crawl errors watched daily for the first 30 days

(FAQ)

Good
questions

Yes. We work with brands in the UK, the US and Australia, and book calls during the UK business day.

Our delivery team is based in India, 4.5 to 5.5 hours ahead of the UK depending on British Summer Time. That covers the whole UK working day for calls, reviews and launches.

Shopify lists Basic at £25, Grow at £65 and Advanced at £344 a month billed monthly (£19, £49 and £259 billed yearly), and Shopify Plus from £1,800 a month. Check Shopify’s UK pricing page for current figures. Our project fees are quoted separately after a free consultation.

HMRC requires VAT registration when taxable turnover goes over £90,000 in the last 12 months, or is expected to in the next 30 days. Businesses based outside the UK that sell goods into the UK must register whatever their turnover. We set up VAT in Shopify and confirm the settings with your accountant.

Yes. Shop Pay Instalments, run with Affirm, launched for UK Shopify merchants in 2025, and Klarna and Clearpay are available as payment options too. We set up and test whichever you choose before launch.

Yes. We move products, customers, orders, content and URLs from Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and custom platforms, with 301 redirects so rankings carry over.

Yes, with care. Since May 2025, labels for Great Britain to Northern Ireland shipments can’t be bought through Shopify’s own carrier accounts, so we set these up directly with a carrier or through an app that supports the Windsor Framework.
