We work to keep the content accurate and current, but it may change without notice. Timelines are typical ranges, not commitments. Industry figures are quoted from the third-party sources linked beside them, and sample solutions and demos are labelled as such — they illustrate capabilities and are not delivered client projects.

The Turnaround name, logo, design, text, code and demos on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, modify or republish them commercially without our written permission. Client names, logos and store images belong to their owners and are shown to illustrate our work.

The site links to client stores, partner platforms, app listings and news sources that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Shopify, Tringify, BigCommerce, Magento and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. Our own apps are subject to their own terms on the relevant app store.

• Do not try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or data.
• Do not send spam, malware or misleading information through our forms.
• Do not scrape or copy the site at scale, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

When you send an inquiry, application or other information, you confirm it is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about the website. Client engagements follow the law and jurisdiction set out in their own agreements.
